Terms of Service - JBC Bookeeping Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging JBC Bookkeeping Services for accounting, bookkeeping, tax filing, retroactive cleanup, or business registration services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

JBC Bookkeeping Services provides professional assistance in:

Retroactive Accounting & Backlog Reconciliation
Daily Ledger Recording & Financial Statement Prep
End-to-End Payroll Management
BIR Tax Compliance (VAT, Percentage Tax, Income Tax Returns)
New Business Registration & Updates (DTI, SEC, BIR 2303, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, LGU Business Permits)

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely financial documents (official receipts, sales invoices, vendor bills, employee rosters) required to meet BIR and government filing deadlines. JBC Bookkeeping Services is not liable for BIR penalties arising from incomplete or delayed document submissions provided by the client.

4. Service Fees & Payment Terms

Service fees are outlined in approved proposal agreements or service contracts. Payments must be settled according to agreed schedules.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Angeles City, Pampanga.
